Pimenov Jury (George) (1903-1977) Russian painter, graph painter, scene-painter. He always would be desirable to be the artist of the modernity, to embody today's, corresponding to spirit and shape of each running day of sensation of a life. Therefore he appeared as the very soviet artist. Pimenov participated in the First debatable exhibition of an active revolutionary art association, and one year later its participants founded the Easel Painting Amateurs Society (OST). To 1930 in Pimenovs creative work there appeared a genre of lyrical reporting, sentimental admiration of a city life vanity.
